This position is currently located in Anchorage. The position may be in Anchorage or Juneau, depending on the location of the most qualified candidate.

What You Will Be Doing: 
Join our team and play a key role in the administration of state and federal grants that support behavioral health services across Alaska.
 In this position, you will oversee the management of grant-funded programs, coordinate with community partners and stakeholders, monitor program performance, and help ensure services are delivered effectively and in compliance with state and federal requirements.

Work Travel May Be Required within the State of Alaska at times.

This position is being recruited for in Anchorage or Juneau, depending on the location of the chosen applicant, and offers a hybrid telework environment.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
Anchorage Regional Office: Conveniently located in Midtown Anchorage within walking distance of Cuddy Family Park, Loussac Library, and Natural Pantry (3601 C Street, Suite 878, Anchorage, AK 99503). 

Juneau Central Office: Centered in the vibrant downtown near the Alaska State Capitol Building, courthouse, Governor's mansion, state and city museums, and within walking distance to various restaurants, coffee shops, and gift stores (350 Main Street, Suite 214, Juneau, AK 99801).

A hybrid work environment affords the opportunity for designated telework and in-office days.

The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following position-specific competencies in addition to the minimum qualifications listed below:

  • Grants Management: Knowledge of the requirements, practices, and procedures for soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and processing proposals and awarding and administering grants and agreements.
  • Program Oversight: Plans, coordinates, and monitors programs to ensure that federal, state, and/or local government program requirements and plans are met, providing professional consultation on the specialized services of the programs or associated project(s).
