Conducts individual and group training courses and activities. Is involved in designing new training offers.

  * Must have clinical background in radiology NM, CT and/or MRI. Cardiology background may be considered.

       * Identifies customer’s needs.

* Conducts individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers on syngo Carbon product line.

* Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients.
* Reviews feedback and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
* May provide technical support in case of complaints.
* Acts as ambassador for syngo Carbon at Cleveland Clinic.

* Acts as ambassador for syngo Carbon at other Siemens Healthineers customer sites or potential customer sites..
* Identifies and promotes syngo Carbon solutions to evolve current product line solutions at customer site(s)

* Supports onsite Cleveland Clinic activities 50% of productive time.

* Supports Siemens Healthineers Carbon business line 50% of productive time.

The pay range for this position is annually; $104,000 - $156,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
