Our talented and dedicated professionals are committed to making an impact every day.</p> <p><strong>Company Culture Guidelines & Values:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We empower and support our colleagues</li> <li>We commit to client success at every turn</li> <li>We have the courage to do the right thing</li> <li>We encourage an inclusive environment where our colleagues feel respected, engaged, and challenged.</li> <li>We constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertise</li> </ul></div><p><strong>Engineering Project Manager Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead complex, multi-disciplinary capital projects within pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing environments, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and overall project execution.</li> <li>Manage multiple concurrent projects involving packaging and manufacturing equipment, production line upgrades, facility expansions, warehouse systems, cold rooms, VLMs, and facility/building improvements.</li> <li>Lead production line shutdowns, equipment replacements, installations, relocations, and cutovers, developing detailed shutdown strategies, sequencing, resource plans, contingency plans, and recovery schedules to minimize manufacturing downtime.</li> <li>Provide strong hands-on floor leadership, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Automation, Operations, EHS, contractors, vendors, and system integrators to drive daily execution and resolve field issues.</li> <li>Lead packaging equipment installation and upgrade projects, including fillers, inspection systems, labeling equipment, conveyors, cartoners, case packers, serialization systems, and related manufacturing infrastructure.</li> <li>Develop and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, forecasts, milestones, change orders, risks, and dependencies, providing clear pr
