You will collaborate closely with clients and internal project teams to architect and deliver robust data conversion and integration solutions that provide substantial value to our public safety partners. This position involves implementing and refining processes to guarantee quality, enhance productivity, and ensure client satisfaction. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Solution Architect, Data Conversion is responsible for achieving superior customer satisfaction through the timely and effective delivery of technical services, including schema transformation, technical project scoping, and comprehensive system analysis.</p> <p><br><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You’ll Do</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Hybrid Onsite with 30% travel required.&nbsp;<br><strong>Reports to</strong>: Manager, Solutions Architect</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a key client-facing technical expert within the Software Solutions Delivery Team.</li> <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of networking and software professionals to implement Axon technology for public safety clients.</li> <li>Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, both remotely and on-site at client locations.</li> <li>Engage effectively with technical and non-technical leadership within public safety agencies to communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes.</li> <li>Partner with the account management team to ensure client needs are comprehensively addressed and expectations are exceeded.</li> <li>Uphold and champion the highest standards of service delivery for all Axon software deployments.</li> <li>Identify and assess data conversion and integration requirements and opportunities when migrating from agency legacy systems (cloud and/or on-premise) to Axon’s product suite.</li> <li>Design, document, and recommend comprehensive data conversion plans, methodologies,
