Retail Cashier

Join our West Siloam Springs Smoke Shop as a Retail Cashier and play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. 

• Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance. 

• Operate cash register and process customer transactions efficiently. 

• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels. 

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. 

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 

• 6 months of retail experience. 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

• Ability to lead and motivate a team. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately. 

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. 

• Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, smoke, and chemicals.
