We're searching for a Senior Analyst with a flair for financial detail and a knack for nifty number-crunching. •Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations in collaboration with GFS Outsourced, acting as the single point of contact for AR -related matters. •Ensuring timely resolution of customer disputes across pricing, delivery, and promotions; proactively working with sales team on resolving customer disputes on pricing or promotions to ensure quick cash recovery. •Review customer ledgers and AR positions weekly with both internal teams and GFS, assigning actions, tracking progress, and driving closure of open items, including matching debits and credits and focus on aged deductions. •Support cash collection and dispute recovery, including chasing invalid claims, processing credit notes, reviewing billing errors, and follow-up on raised tickets. •Coordinate weekly meetings with the supply and sales teams to resolve open disputes/claims and influence timely investigations and action plans. •Drive escalations and blocked order resolution, including regular credit limit reviews (annual and ad-hoc), and ensure credit limit changes follow Delegation of Authority (DOA) process. •Provide responsive support to the business, managing emails, ad-hoc requests, and proactively prioritizing personal and team workloads. •Support year-end hard close and audits.The experience we're looking for
•Previous Credit Control Manager Experience in CPG •Strong understanding of dispute and deduction process in CPG •Experience of negotiating directly with customers and solving difficult disputes. •Strong Excel & analytical skills required. •Experience with SAP •Good analytical / thinking / problem solving /communication skills •Experience in managing a team (5+) •A confident self starter who uses their initiative & can work independently with little supervision •GCSE Maths and English •Institute of Credit Management preferableThe skills for success
