What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a rockstar Digital Marketing Manager who will champion our technology online, finding creative ways to translate an experience best IRL to our digital community. You’ll also attend events (mostly US with some international travel), to generate content and to evangelize the infinite possibilities of 3D. Some of the core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Digital Strategy - where do we need to be and how do we show up
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategy to align with business goals.
    • This includes social media, blogs, email and multimedia.
  • Create an editorial calendar of consistent quality content across all owned channels.
• Content Creation - develop briefs and initiate content
  • Build and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp and Hubspot).
  • Initiate and manage brand, creator or community partnerships to identify, design and execute.
  • Develop our owned content and drive co-marketing content with partners and customers.
• Marketing Analytics - review our actions and adjust accordingly
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Set specific objectives and report ROI.
• Social media management - engage with our community to keep them inspired and informed
  • Drive social media calendar communication.
  • Write copy.
  • Community engagement.
• Brand execution - position Leia as a market leader
  • Driving our brand, and branded content across all channels, internal and external
    • Collaborate with the broader Commercial team, as well as product, HR and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
    • Oversee brand consistency across social media accounts.
  • Drive brand adoption of our LeiaSR technology with partners and communities.

What You’ll Have

• 5+ years of experience with heavy social media presence in a B2B environment
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously - must be a self starter
• Can manage multiple medium-to-large projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Has a strong attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
• Flexibility with working hours as some non-traditional hours are required when collaborating with International colleagues and working at events
• Fast learner with a genuine interest in emerging technologies.

Nice to Haves

• Optimize content with SEO and SEM best practices
• Incorporating video, animations and new mediums for storytelling and brand building
• Display, AI and/or XR market knowledge preferred, strategic planning to attract global audience
• Previous experience in a startup environment.

This is Remote role for someone based on the East Coast of the US. Ability to work proactively, with autonomy is essential. With your teammates based on the West Coast and in Europe, some flexibility with working hours is necessary — you’ll also get to travel within the US and to Europe.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,800 - $171,000. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and  additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
