The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000 - $166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Lead research efforts using Dematic documentation systems for mainstream, legacy, and acquired products.
  • Create system design layouts and replacements to assess costs specifically for hardware components, aimed at generating quotations focused on part(s) replacements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and efficient commercialization efforts, including categorizing parts and assemblies for costing and pricing.
  • Define which parts will be sold to customers and develop proactive strategies for managing obsolete parts.
  • Work closely with the product development team to review and determine the recommended spare parts for new products.
  • Serve as subject matter experts for customers, customer service representatives, and other internal teams, providing technical guidance and support for equipment-related inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining departmental workflows and procedures.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and strategic product development and enhancement discussions.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in parts research and technical documentation analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective team interaction and customer support.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring team members.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Familiarity with material handling products and related technologies preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with SAP, Maestro and AutoCAD a plus.
