As a Senior React Developer, you will play a pivotal role as an architect of sophisticated solutions, being able to understand complex problems with a bigger picture perspective, solving them through insight and with delivering them with impact. 

Requirements

What you will be doing:

• Architect robust solutions using React, the React ecosystem, Node, and the Node ecosystem
• Express, define, and control technical factors for resilient, high-performance applications
• Evaluate and communicate feasibility of UI/UX designs with a Mobile First, Responsive, and Lean UX approach
• Ensure top-notch code quality and lead development-level testing
• Coordinate code reviews and implementation sessions
• Guide engineering teams with the latest web technologies
• Mentor development staff on React technologies and Node ecosystems
• Master GIT code versioning, defining branching strategies, and feature-flag approaches
• Develop Internationalized applications
• Work on commercial software products with large-scale user deployments

Your Toolkit:

• Advanced knowledge of React technologies (React, Redux, Functional JavaScript, Jess, Router, etc.) and Node ecosystems
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, including Mobile platforms browsers
• In-depth knowledge of web-based technologies across different platforms
• GIT code versioning expertise
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Excellent communication skills

Minimum experience required:

• 5+ years’ experience in Front-end software development
• A tertiary qualification would be beneficial
• Experience in the banking, insurance or telecoms industry would be highly beneficial
• Experience in SDLC methodologies such as AGILE (SCRUM)
