Registered Nurse Float Occupational Medicine

This role will be working in Multiple locations and will primarily float to the following clinics: (RN will float to St Paul Wabasha and St Louis Park West End HealthPartners clinics.). Could include other locations in the future
The Worksite RN is responsible for providing nursing support within Occupational Medicine, including triage, in-basket management, hearing conservation (audiograms), and respirator medical evaluations. This role also supports the delivery of Occ Med services in the clinic as well as on-site services at employers, extending clinic-based occupational health care directly to the workplace. Occasional evening hours per client request (fire departments). CAOHC and NIOSH certifications must be obtained within one year of hire. Occupational medicine experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN licensure in Minnesota
Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire
Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable
Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills
PREFERRED:
One year full time employment as an RN
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a time. Must possess speech, hearing and sight skills to perform the functions of the position. Manual dexterity required. Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently. Proficiency in other languages may be required. Some positions may have lifting requirements.
