Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and versatile lighting professional to take a lead role in designing, installing, and maintaining lighting systems across all three of our service lines. The ideal candidate has deep field experience, is confident on rooftops, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and install low-voltage landscape lighting systems, including transformer setup, wire routing, and fixture placement
• Install permanent roofline lighting systems (RGB/Smart Lighting), ensuring clean, precise mounting and connections
• Support seasonal holiday lighting installations, including roofline and architectural displays
• Troubleshoot system issues and complete service calls across all lighting types
• Ensure jobsite safety, professionalism, and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Train and lead install crews as needed during peak seasons

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in outdoor/low-voltage lighting
• Proficient with low-voltage wiring, transformers, controllers, and layout planning
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on rooftops
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver clean, code-compliant work
• Excellent communication and job-site leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred (but not required):

• Electrical or low-voltage license, or contractor license (depending on state)
• Experience with RGB lighting, smart controllers, or automation systems
• Familiarity with general construction, landscape design, or irrigation helpful

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
