Qualifications:
- Requires Automotive GM experience, 5 years minimum preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of customer service, dealership processes and operations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all sales staff.
- Sets goals, expectations, objectives, and promotes CSI for each department manager that contributes to the growth of the company, supports said goals and objectives and manages performance of staff.
- Oversees New and Used Sales, F&I, focusing on profitability. Works collaboratively with Fixed Ops Director, Parts Manager and Service Manager to support Parts and Service Department.
- Work collaboratively with the OEM, understanding their expectations, standards, programs, and guidelines; Develops a strategy to maximize OEM incentive programs. Continues to develop OEM relationship.
- Completes physical inventory audits with Sales and Used Car Managers, sets objectives for unit sales and additional needed inventory.
- Works with Sales managers to make sure the CIT & Pending schedules are current.
- Manages budget and monitors financial health of the dealership. Creates cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
- Resolves any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and takes the necessary steps to resolve these complaints in a timely manner.
