As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding teams. Our defense clients will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Digital Battlespace Platform account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact DoD defense missions while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience managing technical and non-technical projects for federal clients including oversight of all requirements and deliverables in adherence with the statement of work

• Knowledge of DOD 5000.02 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines

• Ability to maintain cost, schedule, scope, and performance in execution of multiple project and program efforts

• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously

• Ability to effectively work with external 3rd party organizations and effectively drive project execution in support of the client mission needs

• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Science

Nice If You Have:

• Ability to support test plan development and execution including corrective action plans

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
