Key Job Responsibilities

 

•WORK SAFE AND BE AN ADVOCATE FOR SAFETY
•Clean and maintains equipment, tooling and area
•Able to perform basic setup and operation of taping equipment under little supervision
•Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be proficient with data entry
•Ability to work holding close tolerances, minimizing scrap all within standard routing hours and
with an
excellent attention to detail

Qualifications/Requirements

 

•Entry level position with 2 years or less experience
•Able to follow instructions and repeat basic procedures of the motor winder position
•Basic blue-print reading skills
•Medium level of physical demand:  Occasional lifting 21-50 lbs, Frequent lifting 11-25 lbs, and
constant lifting 1-10 lbs.  Must be able to stand greater than 2/3 of time.
•Must successfully pass background check, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol testing
including hair follicle
•Must be able to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as required
