Distribution and Compliance Liaison

YOUR MISSION

POSITION OVERVIEW

Become a member of our successful Operations team based in Torrance, Ca USA.  We are currently looking for a Warehouse distribution & CS Liaison. This role will oversee and ensure completion of orders and be a key factor in resolving any issues in the Torrance PUMA warehouse. They will support warehouse compliance, operations, and free trade zone (FTZ) coverage. This personal will communicate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Compliance, and Free Trade Zone teams.

YOUR MISSION (Responsibilities)

• Provide direction to warehouse to comply with all vendor requirements & minimize charge backs.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to meet and exceed monthly forecasts.

• Manage daily production and rush orders to keep 3PL current on order volume & Ecommerce promotions.

• Communicates with the Customer Service department on all open/pending issues.

• Oversee - outbound orders ship within expected timelines.

• Coordinate shipments and routing.

• Review Inbound containers, ensure that warehouse is prepared & receiving within FTZ requirements.

• Ensure all FTZ communication and forms are updated.

• On site FTZ coverage, produce and maintain FTZ forms as needed.

• Oversee and review Inventory reports with 3pl to ensure they are within target range.

• Coordinate and communicate quality issues and special projects.

• Assist in any process improvements and cost reductions.

YOUR TALENT

YOUR TALENT (Qualifications)

• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or order-picking environment preferred.

• Experience with the end of month process, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Hands on experience in, distribution, sales order processing & inventory control

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills

• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel, power Bi, analytical reports.

• Ability to be flexible and work with shifting demands, in both an independent and a team environment.

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $66,560 - $87,140 + Bonus + Benefits
