Position: Senior Consumer Finance Representative
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Senior Consumer Finance Representative at West Shore Home, you will assist the Sales team in reviewing, auditing and closing financed jobs. The Senior Consumer Finance Representative will provide credit support for financed projects by working directly with customers and lenders to negotiate and obtain financing for projects.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Responsible for reselling pre-qualifications to customers who declined financing approvals during the initial sales meeting and/or engaging with Customer Experience Managers to recover customer sales.
• Responsible for evaluating and making final determinations on a customer’s credit worthiness and ability to secure financing through approved lenders.
• Responsible for understanding all approved lender plans and dealer fees associated with such plans and, when necessary, for negotiating special or one-off plans with lenders in order to secure financing for customer projects.
• Assist all teams and key stakeholders in understanding the financing process and troubleshooting various financing related issues on behalf of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail required.
