Together let's commit!</p><p><strong>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and <strong>experienced Cloud Security Architect</strong> to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our <u><strong>Gluon platform and applications</strong></u>. As a Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining and implementing security strategies, policies, and practices to safeguard our cloud-based solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong><u>Gluon Platform Security</u>:</strong> Define and maintain the security architecture for the Gluon platform, ensuring that it aligns with industry best practices and compliance standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Application Security Support:</strong> Collaborate with development teams to support the deployment of applications on the Gluon platform, ensuring that security requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.</p></li><li><p><strong>Security Assessments:</strong> Conduct security assessments and risk analyses of cloud-based applications and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Security Policies and Procedures:</strong> Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for the Gluon platform and applications, including access control, encryption, and identity management.</p></li><li><p><strong>Incident Response:</strong> Establish and maintain incident response plans and procedures, ensuring the rapid and effective response to security incidents and breaches.</p></li><li><p><strong>Security Training and Awareness:</strong> Provide training and guidance to development and operations teams to enhance their understanding of cloud security best practices.</p></li><li><p><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure that the Gluon platform and associated applications comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Security Monitoring:</strong> Implement and maintain security monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to security threats and anomalies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Security Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security configurations, procedures, and incident response plans.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.</li><li>+3 years of experience in related roles.</li><li>Proven experience as a Cloud Security Architect or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies, particularly related to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</li><li>Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications and microservices.</li><li>Experience with security assessment tools and vulnerability scanning.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), are a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Why TALAN?</strong></p><ul><li>Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to driving cloud security excellence.</li><li>Work on cutting-edge projects with a focus on the latest cloud technologies.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Much more!</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about cloud security and are ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for
