Phlebotomist (Level 1)

Work Schedule:

90% FTE, Day shift, 3 12-hour shifts per week shift is 0400a-1630p, e/o weekend rotation, 2 rotating holiday per year. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. 

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Qualifications

Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Licenses & Certifications

CPR Certification. Preferred
