Senior Proposal Coordinator

EnTech Engineering, PC is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction management firm devoted to delivering best-in-class design and construction support services for infrastructure and facility projects that strengthen communities nationwide. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading coordination and hands-on production for marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
• Managing day-to-day development of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
• Supporting marketing initiatives through direct involvement in awards submissions,  presentations, and other related efforts
• Coordination and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
• Contributing to business development with research, coordination and registration for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years in a marketing or proposal coordinator role with 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
• Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$70,000-$100,000
