We are looking for an Immigration Attorney to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will serve as a key legal resource supporting a high-volume U.S. immigration practice, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across daily filings. This position combines direct legal review of petitions and filings with advisory support for administrators, employees, and managers. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, address complex compliance questions, and help structure a scalable, efficient immigration program. This role is well-suited for an attorney seeking to expand their business immigration expertise while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research, prepare and review legal documents, and provide guidance on U.S. immigration matters.
  • Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Train and support administrators on USCIS filings, document processing, PERM job postings, and I-9 reverification.
  • Perform legal reviews of filings both remotely and onsite.
  • Provide guidance on I-9 completion and address complex E-Verify issues.
  • Respond to visa-dependent employee inquiries regarding eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.
  • Partner with managers to ensure understanding of PERM requirements during applicant reviews.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance legal quality, streamline workflows, and strengthen compliance operations.
  • Support root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university.
  • Admission to the bar (U.S. jurisdiction).
  • Minimum of 1+ year of immigration law experience (business immigration preferred; family-based experience may be considered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing or supporting high-volume immigration operations.
  • Hands-on experience resolving complex E-Verify issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and quality-check the work of administrative staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve operational issues.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including—but not limited to—skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market.
