Job role
The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Hybrid Fusion Center (GHFC). This position entails serving as the coordinator for two operational hubs - Romania and Mauritius - while acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer interactions. The role’s primary objective is to ensure effective technical coordination and management, validation, and reporting of DORA Major ICT-related incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and consistency.
What you will do
Incident Monitoring and Management
- Continuous observation of the Incident Management Consolidation Tool (IMCT) during assigned shifts to identify pre-classified major ICT-related incidents.
- Validate incident data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before escalation.
- Notify and support the GHFC promptly in response to DORA-classified Major ICT-related incidents.
Coordination and Leadership
- Act as the central coordinator for incident management activities across the Romania and Mauritius hubs, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incident response efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory frameworks.
- Facilitate end-to-end coordination of DORA incidents between OEs and relevant stakeholders.
Regulatory and Reporting Compliance
- Ensure the preparation, validation, and delivery of incident reports to the Group Board of Management (BoM), adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct consistency checks to maintain standardized classifications and reports across multiple OEs.
- Provide clear and comprehensive updates to internal and external stakeholders during and post-incident resolution.
Documentation and Communication
- Maintain detailed records of all incidents, capturing actions taken, outcomes, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the SPOC for the customer, delivering timely and transparent communication on incident status and resolution efforts.
Operational Support
- Ensure adherence to DORA regulations and standards, providing guidance to OEs and other stakeholders.
