We are flexible about your location, with options in Denmark, Slovakia, or Germany.</span></span></p> <h2><b>Job Responsibilities</b></h2> <p><span><span>Joining us as a Procurement Controller means taking on a role that combines autonomy, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll independently plan your daily tasks, overseeing key responsibilities such as savings reporting, forecasting, and budget management.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>You’ll also:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels and regions to align on procurement strategies and reporting needs.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Develop and enhance reporting tools using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights and support procurement activities.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Drive the strategic development of procurement reporting and tool systems.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Use data insights to create value for Danfoss and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.</span></span></li> </ul> <h2><b>Background &amp; Skills</b></h2> <p><span><span>To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field and have a solid background in data analytics and performance management. Your ability to analyze and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) will be critical to your success.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Additionally, we are looking for:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Expertise in Power BI, Power Query, and data models connected to sources like CSV, Excel, SharePoint, SAP, Azure SQL, and data lakes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong proficiency in MS Office (including advanced Excel skills).</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Familiarity with SAP and Business Information Warehouse (preferred).</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience handling large datasets (250K–1M rows) and DAX programming in Power BI.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent communication skills in English for engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>As an individual, you are proactive, curious, and collaborative.
