Job Purpose
The team is responsible to ensure the timely and efficient procurement and management of permits associated with engineering and design projects. The team also supports the recording and close out of TVC (Traceable, Verifiable and Complete) projects associated with Transmission and other designated asset families. The team will also facilitate the printing of work packages for the complex project teams.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 3-5 individuals, prioritize work, promote safe working practices and allocate resources to ensure results are delivered in line with expectations and customer/business objectives
- The team will procure, track, trace and reapply for all permits associated with City State Construction, Integrity and Gas New Business units.
- The team will focus on potential DOT conflicts and how to avoid unnecessary costs and improve business efficiency.
- Team members will attend TVC closeout meetings and ensure proper recording of projects in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Lead cross functional teams to improve existing processes and relationships to ensure the gas business is optimized and waste is eliminated.
- Find broken or inefficient processes and improve them by using an open mindset.
Key Accountabilities
- Bachelor of Science in engineering or business discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Salary -$110,000 - $129,000
