The Vice President of Enterprise Development is a senior leadership role responsible for driving new corporate business acquisition, particularly multi-site, Gold-level accounts exceeding $1M in annual revenue. This role will lead high-impact enterprise sales efforts with a strong focus on the East Coast and Southeast U.S. regions, serving as a strategic driver of growth and a senior face of the organization in high-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities:

New Logo Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new corporate clients with a primary focus on multi-site, high-value accounts.

Strategic Prospecting: Identify and prioritize enterprise targets aligned with market strategy and vertical alignment.

Executive Engagement: Lead C-suite level discussions and presentations; represent the company in high-stakes sales conversations.

Corporate Value Proposition: Develop compelling business cases and tailored value propositions to appeal to complex corporate buyers.

Solution Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to design customized service offerings.

Complex Sales Leadership: Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies to navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder decisions.

Regional Growth Focus: Spearhead market penetration in the East Coast and Southeast U.S., leveraging regional insights and connections.

Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and delivery of client expectations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise sales with a focus on complex deal structures and long sales cycles

5+ years in a sales leadership role with measurable success in new business acquisition

Proven success in building and closing large corporate deals ($1M+)

Experience in janitorial, facilities management, manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries (preferred)

Demonstrated ability to build senior-level relationships and lead executive presentations

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to influence executive decision-makers

Advanced consultative sales skills with a deep understanding of value-based selling

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate opportunities and build go-to-market strategies
