Production Executive

The Production Executive role is an integral part of the Production function within Gymshark. Ensuring expertise in critical path management and optimizing and elevating our production processes, to ensure seamless execution and on time delivery. Collaborating closely with suppliers, factories, and the Inbound Supply Chain Manager, to orchestrate efficient handovers and foster operational synergy.

Responsible for:

• Create and manage Purchase Order contracts and issue to vendors within agreed business SLA.
• Monitor, update and manage the Critical Path to ensure on-time delivery of production
• Build vendor relationships and coordinate weekly meetings to monitor production progress
• Communicate production updates to stakeholders
• Report vendor performance
• Attend meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and support with business requirements
• Monitor vendor capacity against production orders.
• Update internal trackers to facilitate the business ambition of visibility and consistency.
• Support Production Manager in establishing an ecosystem of relationships within GSHQ, and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with freight forwarding partner to ensure vendors are following process to ensure on time hand over

Essential Skills:

•  Confident working with high volumes of data
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• An experienced and highly competent user of Microsoft Excel, able to use advanced formulas, lookups, and pivot tables for reporting.
• Keen and eager to progress a career in production
• Able to cope with the pressures of working within a fast-paced environment.
• A competent communicator who is comfortable liaising with various departments and colleagues.
• Direct production experience
•  Able to work across a diverse product range, ideally from a manufacturing environment

• Be accurate, methodical and motivated

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in business data analytics
• Tableau experience
• Power BI
• CIPS Qualification preferred
• Previous experience within a fast-paced production role
• NetSuite software experience
• Experience of product lifecycle management software
