Our company is a global healthcare company dedicated to improving health and well-being through our innovative health solutions. We are seeking a Payments Operations Specialist to manage our corporate payment operations and ensure smooth execution of payment processes across various functions globally.
Position Summary:
The Payments Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the execution of our company's Corporate Card Programs and other payments initiatives across multiple regions. This role involves coordinating with different departments such as Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Treasury to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
Program Management:
Manage the implementation and daily operations of corporate card programs in collaboration with local country teams across various regions.
Monitor and report on program metrics and work to reduce corporate card delinquency rates.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Provide support to management and engage with local/regional stakeholders to address inquiries and provide data and reports related to payments operations.
Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Treasury, and Compliance to facilitate smooth operations.
Cardmember Support:
Educate cardmembers through written communications and onboarding sessions, addressing any card-related inquiries as the primary point of contact.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency within payment processes and assist in implementing these improvements.
Reporting and Data Management:
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on payment operations to share with key stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or similar.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of Two (2) years in corporate card administration, business analysis, finance, or a related operations role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different regions.
Proven capability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience in pharmaceutical-related payments operations and knowledge of corporate card programs.
Basic knowledge of payments categories is beneficial.
