The Opportunity 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. This includes working closely with various functional leaders to provide valuable insights and ensure the financial health of ConvenientMD. The Opportunity 

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes 
• Analyze month-end variances 
• Prepare forecasts 
• Contribute to the annual budgeting cycle 
• Partner with Executive Leadership  
• Gather insights from various department leaders to create accurate financial models 
• Perform month-end analytics 
• Prepare detailed commentary on variance analyses to inform strategic decision-making 
• Assist in the preparation of Finance reports and Executive Leadership presentations 
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and enhance accuracy 
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company’s financial health and performance 
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business needs and initiatives 

Who You Are 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration 
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (recent graduates with strong academic achievements will also be considered) 
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment 
• Proficiency in financial systems
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SQL, Adaptive Insights, or PowerBI is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities and a keen desire to learn and grow professionally
