Support cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, finance, sustainability, quality, global supply chain) to ensure an efficient and affordable low-voltage battery/power supply system into our vehicle programs.
Oversee cost, weight, reliability, safety, and performance targets for the low-voltage system, while driving continuous improvement and innovation (e.g., exploration of next-generation chemistries or architectures).
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Provide leadership, coaching and professional development for your procurement team.
Communicate status, risks and mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders; influence multi-year plans for low-voltage battery supply and power architecture.
