Digital Marketing Specialist for Customer Experience

Company Description

DocPlanner Italy, leading company for healthcare digital services, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Experience local team and play a pivotal role in building upsell processes for our customers.

The candidate will be part of the Customer Experience global team and work in close collaboration with both local and global Product Teams to deliver a 360° positive experience for customers, building long term relationships with them using marketing automation tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create, analyze and optimize upsell/cross sell processes at each stage of Customer’s Journey
• Work in close collaboration with Customer Success Specialists to maximise customer satisfaction  
• Develop e-mail, forms, landing pages and any other content needed for marketing automation lead generation processes (Hubspot environment)
• Coordinate with CX Specialists worldwide to meet company KPI

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in upsell/cross sell processes creation
• Analytical skills (basic Excel knowledge)
• Proven capability to communicate in English (B2)
• Capability to meet deadlines and work with KPIs
• Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptive thinking
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Customer Experience departments
• Based in Rome
