About the role

This is a remote position.

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern (7 hours per day, 35 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to welcoming and activating new partners, guiding them through a structured onboarding process with professionalism, consistency, and energy. The first 1–2 months will be full-time training to ensure you learn our systems, scripts, and processes in depth. After training, the schedule transitions to flexible hours, tied to the number of onboarding calls booked. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, repetition, and high-volume interaction—you’ll be handling multiple calls per day, back-to-back, and helping every new partner feel confident joining our platform. Responsibilities:

Conduct multiple daily onboarding calls (15–45 minutes each), often back-to-back.
Deliver a consistent, professional onboarding experience by following and memorizing scripts.
Collect required information from partners and document it accurately.
Answer partner questions clearly in both English and Spanish.
Build rapport quickly while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
Embrace the routine of running structured calls daily with enthusiasm.
Provide feedback on the onboarding process to improve overall effectiveness.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Clear, professional communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent are preferred.
Prior experience in onboarding, customer support, call centers, training, or other high-volume call roles.
High energy and ability to maintain focus through repetitive daily tasks.
Comfortable using phone and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under time pressure.
Strong ability to learn, memorize, and deliver scripts with consistency.
