Presales Agent

biBerk presales agent will report to the Presales Team Leader. They will be responsible for answering and responding to incoming calls by triaging and distributing calls to the appropriate department. They will also contact potential clients who have expressed interest in receiving a quote for business insurance. The presales’ main objective is to improve customer experience by triaging inbound calls to the appropriate department while assisting the sales department in increasing revenue by calling out on leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a high level of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Follow-up on inquiries from potential clients telephonically and via email
• Use persuasive objectives on outbound calls to secure a transfer to the sales department.
• Ability to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for inbound and outbound calls.

Qualifications

• Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
• Call Center experience ideal, but not required.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems seamlessly.
• Minimum 1 year phone experience

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided.  The starting compensation for this position is $19.00 per hour plus commission and/or incentive pay potential.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
