Senior Project Manager Brand Strategy

The Sr. Program Manager of Brand Strategy will be responsible for planning, managing, and completing the brand project, including managing an external PM team. The project entails the transformation of physical and digital channels as well as the implementation of a new customer experience.
This individual will work closely with senior leadership and operational members on local and HQ levels to manage interdependencies for execution and drive the project to completion. The scope includes cross-departmental alignment of processes, application and improvement of the current SOPs, integration plan development, and tracking and reporting of results.
The ideal candidate will be able to organize and manage a multi-faceted project for execution and engagement as well as communication strategies delivering to stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
Pre-launch Planning & Execution
- Develop a detailed pre-launch fully integrated plan with clear roles and responsibilities
- Ensure all departments are aware of their tasks and the timeline of the plan
- Lead PM team to ensure all aspects relating to MVP/final state are captured accordingly and prioritized across the full project
Post-launch Monitoring
- Develop detailed post-launch reporting and playbook to include learnings, efficiencies, and performance results
- Follow-up on post-launch activities and manage until full completion
- Recommend continuous process improvements
Project Management
- Develop detailed project plans and activity lists with resources, timelines, and responsible parties identified
- Facilitate accomplishment of all milestones through interaction with appropriate parties
- Implement best practices to support the project management process. Utilize tools/reports to track the efficient execution of the project and to organize a review after completion to measure results.
- Facilitate project management and reporting requirements for defined projects which may include operations, financial, or information technology system projects.
Other Duties
- Ongoing Steering Committee updates via presentation or other communication reports
- Operates in compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws as well as Company policy and compliance standards
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a closely related field, required
Industry/Product Knowledge Required:
- Retail Healthcare or other Healthcare Industry Experience with marketing experience preferred
- Healthcare compliance & regulatory environment knowledge
- Operations experience, preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Experience in Transformative change management initiatives
- Experience with managing hybrid work environments and execution in this format
- Creative problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Professional verbal and written communication including strong presentation and presentation-building skills
- Excellent Program Management skills and the ability to adhere to timelines and milestones
- Ability to work cross-functionally to gather complete information and provide concise and timely updates
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Work Experience:
- 5+ Yeards of experience in Program Management Field
- Experience managing change management projects as well as business
- Experience with Modern Project Management Methodologies
