We offer a flexible, hybrid working model, allowing you to find a sustainable balance between working from home and the office.</p><p></p><p></p><p>What you can look forward to in this Role:</p><ul><li>Own the P&amp;C agenda and lifecycle activities for your client groups.</li><li>Take a global view when applying any People &amp; Culture initiatives.</li><li>Monitor, analyse and present data that drives the business from a People &amp; Culture view point.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and develop P&amp;C Process/Policies based on interactions with the business.</li><li>Support leaders in employee relations and provide solutions to all day-to-day HR issues, ensuring compliance with local legislation.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>What we would like you to bring to the role</p><p></p><p>With your personal drive and can-do attitude, you will effectively build trust and establish a transparent relationship with both colleagues and leaders. You will bring curiosity and passion to the role and wanting to drive a professional People &amp; Culture agenda, where all employees feel treated fairly in all aspects in their work life, through the leaders of the company.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Further to this, you have,</p><p></p><p>Experience in business partnering, preferably in international manufacturing organisations.</p><p>Expertise in Portuguese labour laws and, market conditions is essential </p><p>Knowledge on Compensation &amp; Benefits.</p><p>Ideally a degree within Human Resources Management, social sciences, or another relevant field.</p><p>Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to navigate a international and complex stakeholder landscape.</p><p>Ability to communicate in a clear and consistent way in Portuguese and English both written and verbally. Other languages a bonus.</p><p>While we value relevant experience and qualifications, meeting every requirement is not mandatory.
