WHO WE ARE
The Maneuver Dominance (MD) Team at Anduril develops aerial robotic systems designed to operate in large coordinated teams in concert with ground maneuver forces. We leverage existing Anduril drone platforms like Ghost, Altius, or Roadrunner, in addition to bringing 3rd party platforms into Anduril’s Lattice ecosystem. We develop perception and autonomy algorithms to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. In your role as Program Manager you will be an expert on mission execution, Anduril products, and managing relationships as we seek to advance the art of possible for large drone teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Grow and lead a portion of the Virtual Warfare (VW) team, relentlessly focused on crafting compelling wargaming and analysis products and communicating those solutions effectively with VW customers, both internally and externally.
- As a member of the MD Virtual Warfare team, you will be expected to rapidly integrate and immerse yourself in Anduril’s current processes and build effective relationships with personnel across multiple business lines. You will provide meaningful insight into current and future customer needs. You will develop solutions, provide accurate and timely accounting of resources, and ensure clear comms at all levels.
- Lead, manage, and execute technical programs that focus on addressing cockpit integration of existing military helicopters and launched effects.
- Develop an enduring Cockpit Simulator solution for the global Maneuver Dominance team to access, train-on, and test concepts, TTPs and technology across the Anduril ecosystem of products.
- Represent Anduril and Maneuver Dominance within the global military aviation community, including but not limited to Huntsville, Fort Novosel, Atlanta, London and Sydney.
- Be proficient with developing the tactical content for Maneuver Dominance modeling tools, working alongside a broad cross-section of engineers, design SMEs and others to shape that content into a compelling and effective vision that helps our customer develop communication tools and then proficiently set up the required tech and deliver the content to multinational customers on various continents.
- Drive the advancement of effective Manned Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) and Launched Effects helping bridge the gap between current tactical aviation fleet and transition to high-tech rotorcraft/autonomous system.
- Partner deeply with engineering leaders to drive successful program execution and team velocity across groups of engineering teams and more broadly across departments.
- Translate military tactics, techniques procedures and doctrine into effective guidance as you partner with hardware and software Engineers during early stage design through to technology development, system integration, testing and deployment, and management of a growing engineering team.
- Build trust with Anduril teammates, vendors, partners, and potential customers, and work closely with users, vendors and government stakeholders through effective communication, positive attitude, and meticulous follow-through.
- Forge longstanding customer relationships by working closely with Anduril Growth personnel, and help establish new lines of business in emerging areas of interest.
- Autonomously execute on broad and/or ambiguous requirements from internal engineering, program office, and third party corporate partners to own successful delivery of outcomes on multiple programs simultaneously.
- Coordinate and execute frequent test events involving various levels of software and hardware, from full-software simulations at Anduril HQ to full hardware-in-the-loop demonstrations at test sites
- Demonstrate high ownership on all pieces of work; become a trusted partner to both Government Partners and Anduril’s engineers
- Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects spanning multiple functional teams and cross-functional initiatives. Instill an efficient project management mindset and workflow across the teams.
