RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic Account Management Analyst Sr. to join our North American Sales organization supporting our Risk Consulting practice! The Account Management Analyst Sr. role is responsible a high volume of client accounts/contacts for purposes of maintaining current revenue generation with existing firm Risk Consulting clients through proactive and reactive coordination relative to client investment in Cyber Security, Privacy and Risk. This role is also responsible for beginning to drive smaller expansion opportunities within their assigned Risk Consulting client accounts and when appropriate, notifying client relationship leaders and/or account managers/business developers for more complex client expansion opportunities. The Account Management Analyst Sr. is expected to have a solid understanding of the various firm services being performed at assigned client accounts to effectively engage client related requests, questions as well as uncovering potential additional services the firm can provide.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve stated renewal goals through proactive client service on renewal of firm services/products such as PCI Assessments for assigned client accounts base.
- Follow established processes to ensure touchpoints are occurring at appropriate intervals with the client to be proactive meeting their needs
- Achieve stated growth goals relative to expansion of client services through proactive client service and referrals to appropriate firm client servers and/or account managers/business developers
- Development and execution of client account plans to take into consideration cross functional service opportunities as well as securing current services/revenue provided to the client.
- Responsible for detailing key decision makers, operating units, and other relevant corporate profile information to aid in the identification of broader relationship opportunities.
- Build knowledge of firm Security and Privacy solutions and supporting Digital Forensics and Incident Response
- Expands knowledge and awareness of firm industry go to market strategy
- Leverage learning and professional development platform
- Develop and expand network of internal industry specialists
- Support and participate in marketing campaign execution for portfolios including but not limited to:
- Event coordination including invitations, attendance tracking
- Follow ups as required
- Stay abreast of changing service offerings, bundle services across the firm distribution of firm thought leadership relevant to assigned accounts/contacts.
- Maintain client contact and data points within the firm’s CRM system to maintain appropriate view into all activity occurring with client base.
- Timely and accurate data entry of accounts, contacts, activities, and related opportunities.
- Active participation in team and/or firm meetings/calls/events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional services sales and/or account coordination required, preferably in a consulting firm/accounting firm environment
- Previous experience with customer relationship management process preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams required
- CRM experience for sales and/or account management application and requirements required
- Established industry knowledge required
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of assigned clients and/or renewal schedules required
- Demonstrated ability to lead a comprehensive and often complex sales process involving multiple internal resources and external decision-makers required.
