What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Manger, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving Plant Maintenance projects. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

What We're Looking For:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team
  • Ensure/enforce a safe work environment and ensure maintenance personnel follow safe work practices
  • Ensure that each craftsman has the necessary skills to meet their job expectations and develop improvement programs where necessary
  • Provide leadership in implementing/maintaining preventative/predictive maintenance programs
  • Develop budgets, estimating labor and materials required to properly maintain and improve the plant and operate within the budget
  • Provide engineering support for efficient troubleshooting and problem solving activities to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a reliability improvement program
  • Work with manufacturing departments to identify “bad actors” and develop long-term solutions
  • Responsible for repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment in the manufacturing operations
  • Strives to continuously improve operations and support operational principles of lean manufacturing through the utilization lean tools such as 5S and Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Responsible for repair and maintenance of the site infrastructure
  • Responsible for MRO purchasing and stockroom
  • Use gender-neutral language.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Five years minimum leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
