Providence is calling a Donor Engagement Program Manager, Creative Services who will:
- Be responsible for ensuring all donor communications align with Providence (and its affiliated) brand and quality standards
- Serve as lead graphic designer and manage a team of creative contractors who develop both print and digital communications for various foundations across Providence
- Work in collaboration with a Project Manager and will report to a Director of Donor Engagement
- Be responsible for creating and following process, executing creative, assigning projects, managing invoices and costs as well as forging strong printer / vendor relationship
- Support many facets of fundraising for both internal and external communications and through various communications channels, including but not limited to:
- Direct Fundraising communications including cases for support, proposals, postcards, flyers, etc.
- Stewardship communications including impact, endowment and gratitude reports, acknowledgement letters, etc.
- Event collateral including communications and signage
- Internal communications including newsletters, PowerPoints and emails
- External communications including social media web graphics and rack cards

Please note the following important details regarding this position:
- 30% of this position will be focused on creative management
- 70% of this position will focus on graphic design execution
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or another related field of study
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a comparable or larger institution
- 5+ years of experience in increasingly responsible, large, complex project management roles preferably within a healthcare setting
- 5+ years of experience in all areas of project management including multiple project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, staffing, communications, risk, and procurement and experience in managing multiple related projects to achieve identified project portfolio objectives
- 5+ years of experience in financial business management and strategic development
- 5+ years of experience working with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Business, Information Systems or another related field of study
- 5+ years of experience as a Seasoned designer working within corporate brand guidelines
- Experience Level of Advanced or Higher: Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
- Strong printer relation skills and understanding of print-ready production
- Project Management software experience
- Digital Asset Manager software experience
- Highly collaborative and detail-oriented
- Creative problem solver
- Deadline driven
- Ability to successfully manage varied workload
- Self-motivated to excel in remote work environment

- Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $41.71, Max: $66.03
- Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $43.48, Max: $68.83
- Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $41.71, Max: $66.03

- Washington: Eastern: $37.12, Max: $58.76
