POSITION SUMMARY:
The Triage & Prescription Refill Nurse (RN) manages incoming patient calls from individuals seeking medical information or medical attention. This role includes scheduling appointments based on the patient’s condition, answering questions, and providing limited health education. The nurse also monitors provider desktops for those who are out of the office and triages materials as needed. In addition, they initiate electronic prescription refills and order labs or follow up visits required for medication monitoring and adherence.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (RN), required
• Current MS RN license, required
• At least two (2) years of clinical experience, preferred

• Composure in fast paced, high pressure environments
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Dependable, punctual, and highly detail oriented
• Strong multitasking and independent work capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate documentation skills
• Ability to follow established workflows consistently
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
