FLOOR SUPERVISOR:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor all pit games in assigned pit. Maximum number of tables to monitor is seven (7).
• Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer.
• Inspect card decks prior to play.
• Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
• Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed.
• Complete rating cards for players.
• Initiate and verify fills to tables.
• Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
• Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions.
• Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms.
• Serves as Boxperson on Craps games.
• The individuals performing these duties may only work one title per shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

ASST TABLE GAMES SHIFT MANAGER:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide direct supervision of all pit operations during assigned shift.
• Assist staffing and work station assignments and adjust as needed to ensure compliance with the gaming laws and internal controls.
• Ensure required equipment is available and functioning properly.
• Review the performance of staff.
• Ensure all personnel follow the Indiana Gaming Commission regulations and internal control directives.
• Review technologies and methods to improve departmental efficiency.
• Ensure all gaming staff is trained on all policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
• Coordinates dice or blackjack pit during his/her hours of duty.
• Responsible for dice control/card control in his/her assigned pit area.
• May approve credit, extend credit, grant TTO’s and issue comps.
