Banner Heart Hospital Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) in East Mesa, Arizona is a 60-bed inpatient, high acuity cardiac unit focusing on providing excellent care for cardiovascular patients. The CPCU provides care for STEMI/NSTEMI patients, Heart Failure patients, and patients with acute arrhythmias as well as patients who undergo cardiac angiograms with interventions, and pacemaker/defibrillator implants. We provide a comprehensive cardiac education plan for our nurses with dedicated preceptors. - Full Time Night Shift Available (3-12 hour shifts)
- Shift Hours can be from 6:30pm -6am (Nights)
- You can utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage.There are no set days you can be scheduled each week
- Varied Shifts - could be working days nights, weekends
- Weekend Rotations are required in this role. 2 Weekend shifts required each month
- Rotating Holidays Required - 1 major and 1 minor
- Enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-Night Shift differential when applicable

Our space also includes two endovascular suites, six OR suites, six cardiac Cath labs, and three electrophysiology labs.POSITION SUMMARY:
This incumbent provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contributes to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records. The position also performs a variety of support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.
