Staffing Coordinator/CNA/Transportation Specialist   FT  M-F 8am to 430pm   **must have valid certification (CNA) & DL w/ clean record

Are you looking for a fast paced, attention to detail, gratifying career working with the elderly?  If so, then this is the job for you!  White Oak of Spartanburg is looking for a full time, first shift CNA with a clean driving record and Scheduling experience.   We have a Monday through Friday 8am to 430pm full time position that is available.   Applicant will need to be able to be on call for one weekend every month.

The Nurse Staffing Coordinator will implement and maintain the schedules for all employees in the Nursing Department.  (CNA's, LPN's, RN's, Unit Secretaries,etc...)  The Nurse Staffing Coordinator also drives the residents to and from appointments in the Transportation van.  Responsible for maintaining license and certifications for all nursing staff and ensuring that they are up to date.  Schedule should be updated daily to reflect absences, tardies, and any changes that occur.  Daily staffing reports are done, keeping track of resident appointments, ensuring adequate staffing is in place for all shifts, handling time off requests, call outs and making phone calls to fill open shifts when necessary.

Requirements: 

Must have a valid Certification for Nursing Assistant and two years experience as a CNA.

Prior experience in Long Term Care.

Prior Scheduling experience.

High School Diploma
