NP/PA - Inpatient Cardiology - Nocturnist - Grand Rapids, MI

Corewell Health's Cardiovascular Health department is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our 24/7 inpatient cardiology team at the Meijer Heart Center. This nocturnist role offers a dynamic, high-acuity environment with significant autonomy and collaborative support. As a full-time APP on this team you'll manage complex cardiac patients, respond to acute events, and work closely with physicians, fellows, and nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.

Nurse Practitioner: 

• Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission 

• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner 

• LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan  

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)  

• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)  

• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)  

Physician Assistant: 

• Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program 

• LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan 

• CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants  

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)  

• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)  

• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
