Job Description

What You'll Do:

As the Associate Director of Content you will create synergy amongst internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to carryout best-in-class, cutting-edge campaigns. Furthermore, you will utilize your knowledge of Gaming content, content strategy, and the advertisement/vendor landscape to build and strengthen top tier content partnerships leveraging the best investment options possible.

Must haves include a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships amongst internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience within digital media and will be able to bring a strong, creative point-of-view to the table as it relates to creating campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

This is part of a creative, collaborative team that encourages out-of-the-box thinking, innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in gaming partnership and activation sourcing process to secure high-quality, strategic executions from partners.
    • Includes identifying “considered set” of gaming design, creation, and distribution partners and operating “requests for gaming” with select partners, from brief through recommendation
  • Ability to manage above and below within the Content org, as well as laterally across Agency disciplines (Strategy, Investment, Legal, Insights, Creative etc.) and retail vertical SKUs.
  • Track performance of gaming programs, including post-program wrap-ups and recommendations
  • Monitor high performance gaming brands and campaigns, for case studies and best practices
  • Assist with writing of gaming industry updates and landscape analysis
  • Audit client efforts for potential evolution and identify thematic and/or format gaps
  • Manage client and internal stakeholder status processes
  • Partner with creatives during idea generation to identify potential for content in today’s landscape through the lens of the consumer
  • Establish Gaming and content best practice in service of increasing advertising effectiveness
  • In partnership with Investment team, recommend how much content an experience plan can support given budget and reach sufficiency goals
  • Work with Influencers or Media Publishers to produce branded content

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Previous experience with digital media and content strategy
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to detect and translate a story behind numbers/data
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and poised. Able to resolve issues on the fly and communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter and independently motivated to take initiative, collaborate, gain consensus to problem solve.
  • Has a learning mindset and is excited to stay on top of the latest trends in gaming and technology.
  • Expert communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technology understanding with an eye on current trends, innovations and cutting-edge gaming and development.
  • Must be passionate about gaming
