Job Summary: 

As a National Account Manager at Hulcher Resources, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the environmental remediation and industrial cleaning sectors and for the Class 1 railroads. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with Hulcher Resources services. Your sales efforts will play a vital role in expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets. 

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation
  1. Identify and research potential clients within the environmental remediation and industrial cleaning sectors.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, pain points, and industry trends.
  3. Generate and qualify leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

2. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Hulcher Resources services and capabilities.

3. Listen actively to client feedback and concerns, addressing them promptly and effectively.


  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:

1. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' specific needs.

2. Clearly communicate the value proposition of Hulcher Resources services.

3. Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

1. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

2. Analyze market data and client feedback to identify potential areas for service expansion or improvement.

3. Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and opportunities.


  • Sales Target Achievement:

1. Set and work towards sales targets and revenue goals, both individually and as part of the sales team.

2. Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets.

3. Continuously track and report on sales progress and performance. 


  • Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company's CRM system.

2. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. 

3. Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and invoicing. 



Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. 
  • Must have experience managing accounts and building relationships with key decision makers that are responsible for spending money. 
  • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within the environmental remediation, industrial cleaning, railroad, petrochemical, oil & gas, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of environmental remediation technologies, industrial cleaning services, processes, and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
