Job Description

• Independent assembly of components and devices based on detailed assembly instructions and 3D models
• Testing of assemblies and taking responsibility for the commissioning of devices
• Calibration and adjustment of our high-tech measuring instruments
• Conducting device tests based on test protocols
• Identifying optimization opportunities and continuously improving workflows

Qualifications

• Completed training (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL) in the fields of mechatronics, electronics, electromechanics, or watchmaking/time measurement technology
• Strong craftsmanship skills, enthusiasm for working with fine mechanical components, and ideally soldering experience
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• High sense of responsibility, precision, and commitment to quality
• Endurance and motivation to complete tasks thoroughly, even during longer assignments
• Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for tackling tasks, bringing in your own ideas, and optimizing processes

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
