What you'll do...
- Lead Engineering Manage-the-Change process for the plant
- Support continuous improvements (streamlining) the local Engineering MTC process
- Maintain the Plant Project Detailed Tracking File
- Weekly Project Financials Status Deck - update and send out
- Plantwide Leadership for Project Writing / Approvals / IERP process for the plant.
- Project writing for PD-funded changes, and help with project writing as-needed for cost save, CIB, environmental, FHA, and other projects.
- Lead for Cost / Concerns Study Response Process - work with PD, Global Capacity Planning, and others
- Lead / Support M1-M3 Plant Launches
- Lead / Support Plant Quality Initiatives / Projects
- Provide Engineering support for Area projects as assigned
- Work orders - provide plantwide support for engineers needing help with troubleshooting or writing
- Lead the annual CIB project submission process; help ensure the projects are written in a timely manner
- Pull together cross functional teams when working on more complex projects - be a positive leader and change agent
- Demonstrate Ford OS behaviors - Excellence, Focus, Collaboration
You'll have...
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Experience
- ERP / Project Writing and Reporting, Aurora/Ariba (req's/orders), (CPARS (legacy req's/orders)
- WERS / WOW (WERS on Web) - PD Alerts and Concerns
- TWOS (work orders, primarily)
- Maximo (work requests, asset management)
- FIS (factory information system)
- Navigate Vault / Team Center / Docman systems; Ability to review CAD part drawings and layouts; know GD&T basics
- Confident in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Navigation
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Self driven, collaborator, balance many priorities, Ford OS behaviors

This position is a range of salary grades 6, 7 and 8.
