Receptionist

Position: Receptionist Frankford IOP

Job Type/Hours: PT, 20hrs., Schedule is based on the program and client needs.

Location: 4625 Frankford Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19124

Summary of Position:

To provide reception and clerical support for the Intensive Outpatient Program by answering calls, greeting visitors as they arrive at the program, and checking clients in as they arrive for appointments. The receptionist will also provide clerical support to direct line staff under the direction of the Site Director.

Minimum Qualification:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of one year experience in a receptionist or secretarial position
• Must have computer experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
• Must be familiar with Electronic Health Records
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
• Adult and Pediatric CPR Certification Required
• PA Child Abuse Clearance required
• PA Mandated Child Abuse Reporter Training Required
• FBI Clearance required
• PA Criminal Clearance required
• Health Assessment required
• TB Test required
