Help to ensure accurate reporting of our revenue in any given period. </span><span>Take ownership of your scope and work with business to achieve quality results.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>The responsibilities &amp; the impact YOU will have:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Process owner (Subject Matter Expert) for revenue accounting processes - be the independent “go to” person</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for core activities such as: Journal entry posting, calculations related to manual Balance sheet and PNL account, reconciliation of accounts, completion of end-to-end ad hoc projects as assigned</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take ownership of the projects to support Automation and Finance improvement initiatives within the revenue team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrate leadership, team player attitude with high potential, mentoring of other colleges/new joiners</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build a strong awareness of the local business and close cooperation with local teams </span></p></li><li><p><span>Effective internal/external stakeholder communication to ensure timely and accurate completion of cross department closing activities </span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and Reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, Compliance, Internal Audit and SOX requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creation and review of the internal work instruction and operating procedures (DTP/SOP/WI) in cooperation with compliance team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support with audit requests <span>(Deloitte/PWC/internal)</span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and resolve discrepancies and deviations with a focus on automation and process improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrate proactive and positive mindset toward daily activities</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Your accountabilities will be mostly:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure strong internal controls are in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accurate and timely month-end accounting focus.
