Everline Resort & Spa, a premier luxury mountain resort nestled in the heart of Lake Tahoe, is seeking a talented Creative Designer to bring our brand to life across print, digital, and visual storytelling platforms. This role is ideal for a visually driven creative who excels in graphic design and has hands-on experience capturing and editing photography and video content that reflects elevated resort, lifestyle, and destination branding

Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary Focus)

• Design on-brand marketing assets including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, signage, menus, presentations, and sales collateral
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while evolving creative to remain current and inspiring
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and resort operations teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality lifestyle, resort, food & beverage, event, and seasonal photography
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media, website, and digital campaigns
• Assist with photoshoot and video planning including shot lists and creative concepts
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries

Creative Collaboration & Execution

• Support campaign concepts and visual storytelling initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Coordinate with external partners such as freelancers, printers, and vendors as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design; hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brand experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, and videography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects preferred)
• Hands-on experience with photography and video equipment and post-production editing
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, brand identity, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Resort, hotel, or destination marketing experience
• Social media content creation and short-form video storytelling
• Drone photography/videography (FAA certification a plus)
