Job Description
In order to expand and meet company growth projections, Resultant seeks to hire exceptional talent to pull alongside our resident rock stars. Not just filling open positions, this role will be responsible for building the pipeline of top-tier talent that will grow meaningful careers at Resultant. The ideal candidate must be able to network with talent and quickly assess the ability to integrate and be successful within Resultant’s culture. We are looking for a strong contributor that builds relationships for the long term and understands the needs of our diverse teams quickly.
Consider your day-to-day responsibilities in this role:
- Own the entire recruiting life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate and employee experience that aligns with values and future business goals/outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Resourcing Management team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and pipeline strategies for technical roles.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods and establish metrics to determine success on communication strategies, sourcing priorities, etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural alignment to values.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle, providing timely updates and feedback and fostering an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment efforts and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts and activities to promote Resultant as an employer of choice.
- Collect, analyze, and present feedback on recruiting processes and candidate experiences.
Qualifications
Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 4-7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and including experience within a technology or services organization
- Prior experience hiring Tech, IT and Data talent
- Strong relationships with tech professional organizations that can be leveraged to identify talent
- Experience building out talent pipelines, utilizing sourcing techniques, and employing candidate assessment methods.
- A strong passion and interest for technology and how to utilize technology to achieve goals more efficiently and effectively
- Knowledge of laws related to hiring practices, discrimination, equal employment opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, fair labor standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Demonstrated experience attracting talent and measuring results (building dashboards, tracking KPIs, etc.)
- Working style is both organized & structured as well as adaptable & flexible, with a bias for action
- Based in the Indianapolis or DFW area with ability to come to the office approximately 2-3 times per month
- Understanding of ATS such as Smart Recruiters and LinkedIn Recruiter
